Delete your DuoTask Spark account
You can delete your account and associated data without reinstalling the app.
Request deletion by email
Email aislan@longevitytlabs.tech from the email address associated with your DuoTask account, with the subject DuoTask account deletion. Ask us to delete your account and associated data. Do not send your password or any reward photos. We may ask you to verify ownership before carrying out the request. We respond within 30 days.
Delete directly in Android
Open You → Delete account, read the confirmation and type DELETE. If you have no group yet, the same control is on the welcome screen. For security, sign in again if your session is older than ten minutes.
What is deleted
Your sign-in account, profile, authored tasks and rewards, uploaded reward photos, membership records and personal activity are removed. Deletion applies to the shared Android and iOS account. Groups you own alone are deleted; ownership of a group with other members passes to another member. Their own content remains. This cannot be undone.
A minimal account-ID deletion record remains to prevent reuse of old sign-in tokens. Security logs and provider backups may remain for their applicable retention periods. See our privacy policy.
